From design concept through to production, the system has been created to provide effective and unobtrusive fall protection solutions suitable for all new build, refurbishment and retrofit roofing projects.
Design Quality
The design of the system is paramount to its effectiveness in the event of a fall, making post positioning and spacing critically essential to maintain end load values, these will vary dependant on the roof structure, this is carried out by using our calculation programme developed for this system and independently approved.
System Features:
- The system and calculation package has been independently tested by Satra and is fully compliant to BS EN 795: 2012 & TS 16415.
- Classified as a four-person system, either as a single point anchor or a full multi-post system.
- Approved calculation program enabling correct measured loads on base materials, with and without posts.
- All components are constructed from Stainless steel and either powder coated or electropolished to maximise corrosion resistance and discolouration.
- The system’s design and strap configuration ensure the forces applied to the roof sheet are transferred evenly across the roof structure to prevent damage and maintain the integrity of the roof in whichever direction the fall occurs.
